But so far no update on my account and when I called a few weeks ago the IRCC agent said "Everything is passed and Final Decision is the only thing missing".

Anyone else is or has ever been in the same situation?

Thanks!

Officer Approved on 5-Oct-2020 and still no COPR. We are in for a long wait

My AOR is Oct 3 and Inland applicant
biometrics - 24th Nov
When should i expect Copr?

I want to travel to India for 2 months. Can I travel while in applied status
Bro its along wait time. Hope you do not have to wait for as long as we did as now they might have sorted out a little. But I would suggest you to wait.

But I hope you get it soon. Sit tight.

Ircc officers are simply lazy, there is absolutely no reason applications get stuck as compared to how other countries process their applications so quickly
There are so many people in the same position. Seems so bizarre that they aren't cleaning up these quick wins and closing the backlog.

Maybe they want to roll out massive COPRs with the new portal. But then, why do some recent approval come with PDF COPR. Beats me
My application was in CPC Ottawa the whole time and all the previous stages were passed by Ottawa agents. But final decision was pending for two months. I live in BC then my COPR was issued by Vancouver VO (local VO). So I think CIC is sorting the applications out and sending them to different local VOs so they can manage the PR card progress later. Just assumption!

I feel like they want to issue most 2020 COPRs in 2021 so they can hit the 400,000 target according to the new immigration plan for 2021. That way they can say "look at how HARD we worked and how many COPRs we issued and we actually hit the 400,000 mark for 2021"..... Bullshit

That's another angle . Only that they haven't even met the target for the current year. I don't know how I can stretch my patience again
