Yes it did, but it was extended without any communication directed to me.

Any idea how it takes to get COPR PDF letter after receiving approval on email. I can see my details and expiry and number but there is no document attached. Thaks.

Yes... its crazy...
Well we had a baby in between which contributed to some delay...
Covid has again delayed everything...
I think im gonna set a record for the most delayed

Yeah man i guess you are the most delayed applicant and i can feel how happy you snd your family is now like a huge load of stress is relieved finally..and based on some ppl comments i see when they try to call IRCC some agents are being helpful to send a note to local VO to expidite the COPR process.since it got generated in sep2020 you may give it a try also may be raising a webform saying that you are waiting for COPR since sep2020 as per GCMS notes.

Email your vo. They will send you COPR. Sometime you just have to remind them to issue it.
