My letter said the below. It's generic (and loooong!) but hope it helps, but Hurlabrick's landing guide will tell you all you need to know and probably in clearer language:
Your application for a permanent resident visa has been approved.
If you are receiving this letter electronically via your MyCIC account, please note that the documents referenced below are being sent to you in the mail with a copy of this letter. If you are receiving this letter by mail, all documents mentioned below, if applicable to you, accompany this letter.
You have now been issued your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) form (IMM5292 or IMM5688) for you and all accompanying dependants. Do not make any corrections to the COPR. Do not sign the COPR until instructed to do so by an Immigration Officer at landing.
Please note that as of December 1, 2011, citizens of visa-exempt countries will not have a counterfoil affixed to their passport. These applicants will only be issued a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) form and an electronic foil (IMM5785). For a list of visa-exempt countries, please see:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp#exemptions . This may mean that some of your family members required a counterfoil in their passport while others were issued COPRs and electronic foils only.
Note that if your children do not have passports, but are listed in your passport or your spouse’s passport, their counterfoil, if required, is affixed in that passport.
Your documents are valid only if all family members (spouse, common-law partner, dependent
son or daughter) have been declared and examined. You must therefore inform us of any change in
your marital status or in your family composition (marriage, common-law relationship, separation,
divorce, birth of a child, adoption, death, etc.) BEFORE you leave for Canada. We will let you know
what further procedures are required.
Presenting a Confirmation of Permanent Residence form (COPR) and a passport with a counterfoil, if required, which do not correspond to the reality of your situation could result in the refusal of your admission to Canada. Any current family member not examined now can never be sponsored by you in the future
We have also enclosed a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CPR) form for each person in your family who will be traveling to Canada. Each person must carry this form with his or her passport to Canada. Your children should each have their own CPR.
If any accompanying person was not provided a COPR or with a counterfoil, if required, please contact this office immediately.
DO NOT SIGN YOUR CPR UNTIL TOLD TO DO SO BY THE IMMIGRATION OFFICER AT THE PORT OF ENTRY IN CANADA.
(A port of entry is a border crossing or an international airport.)
At the time of your arrival in Canada, you will be interviewed, and granted entry into Canada based on the information in the documents that we are providing to you now. Each person will be asked to sign his or her document. A child 14 years of age or over must sign his or her own form. The parent must sign for a child under the age of 14 (the parent must sign his or her own name and not the child's name).
YOU MUST ARRIVE IN CANADA ON OR BEFORE:

**IMPORTANT** VISA INFORMATION
Please check the visa(s) and CPR(s) to make sure that there are no errors. Your visa was issued on the basis of the information you have provided. If there are errors you must notify this office immediately. If any name or date of birth differs from the name or date of birth in a passport, or if the passport number or validity is incorrect, please notify us immediately so that we can tell you which passport(s) and CPR(s) must be returned for correction.
The visa expiry date is printed on the top line, right hand side, of the visa which is in your passport, in the format of day, month, year (dd-mm-yyyy). You must arrive in Canada on or before the visa expiry date. The visa expiry date is listed on the first page of this letter.
YOUR DOCUMENT HAS BEEN GIVEN THE MAXIMUM VALIDITY - IT CANNOT BE EXTENDED If you do not use your COPR or, if applicable, your counterfoil before it expires, you will need to reapply for immigration to Canada. You will have to go through all processing steps again. Applications for permanent residence in Canada are assessed according to the laws and regulations in force at the time of their assessment. The fact that a COPR was previously issued to you does not mean that a subsequent application will also be approved.
Do not sign, write on, or attempt to change your documents in any way. Do not laminate these documents.
If you have received COPR version IMM5688, there are two copies for each person in your family, including children, who will be travelling to Canada (Client copy and CIC copy). A picture of each person is affixed on the IRCC copy only. Each person must carry the two copies of the IMM5688 when travelling to Canada along with his/her passport containing the counterfoil (unless you are a visa-exempt citizen) as the COPR is not a valid document for travel (as indicated on the form itself).
Dependents may accompany or follow the principal applicant, but cannot arrive in Canada before the principal applicant. If dependents do not join the principal applicant before the expiry date on their documents, they must reapply for immigration to Canada. They may not join their family until they have been accepted again for immigration, either independently or through a sponsorship agreement between those dependents and the sponsor in Canada.
We strongly advise that you carry with you all of your personal and professional papers such as birth and marriage certificates, school diplomas and letters of reference when you go to Canada.
If you plan to settle in the province of Quebec, you must be in possession of a Certificat de Sélection du Quebec (CSQ) that was valid on the date the COPR was issued.
If, for any reason, you are not able to travel within the validity of the documents, please return the documents to this office for instructions. You must also return the documents if you have decided not to immigrate to Canada.

* Please note that if you are already in Canada and have valid temporary resident status, you now have the option of obtaining your permanent resident status in Canada as opposed to leaving Canada and re-entering at a port of entry. Please contact IRCC’s Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 as soon as possible to arrange an appointment with the nearest Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office to your place of residence.(You cannot call this number if you are outside Canada.)
