how much money do you have, what address are you going to stay, pretty much that’s all, but it 2hrs for the officer to fill our papers, she was new I think, she was checking everything with her colleague sittinf next to her
And yes, we had our 4yo son with us

Congratulations! По-здра-вля-ю!
Do you think is it safe to proceed with landing for people with COPR after 18th of March?

My guess is when they see one’s COPR is about to expire they take it easier. Besides, there are no exact rules on who can and who cannot enter the country. As far as I understand IRCC says it’s up to the officers to let you in or not. You can contact the border service before planning the trip, just in case.

Thanks for input.
IMO, its 100% human factor, for those who have succeed in entering Canada, they have no wish to deny them.

The very hard thing Is to land in Canada physically.

Hey. So I contacted IRCC multiple times after getting the COPR and visa in July, they responded with the standard email about March 18th, contacted again 3 times in Nov-Dec telling that my papers will expire in January and I’d like to come. But didn’t get any response. Then called the CBSA, some of the people I spoke to told it’s ok to come as long as we have valid papers, some of the officers told to wait. But we just bought the tickets and landed in Montreal, where we passed through all the immigration process, and then flew to Vancouver, just claimed the baggage, took the cab and came to the apartment we rented. We spent about 3hrs in Montreal on paperwork, so if you enter a city which is not your final destination and you have to travel to another citu straight away, make sure to have ~5hr waiting time

Thanks, I got COPR on the second week of Jan. 2021, valid until 29th June. we have the same questions as other members have. Your case gives us a sense of relief. because I have been raising many IRCC webforms to get the exemption letter. but no reply. there is much confusion going on this. I will to contact CBSA.

You can contact them through these numbers.

The first agent told me. I can travel, and again I called them to ensure. But other agent said I should wait and I can't travel at this time even with the valid COPR.

Hello guys, please has anyone landed in Canada recently with valid CoPR issued after March 18? Which country did you fly from and which airline pls?
