Hello,
I just wanted to know that I received my copr 3 days back and I really wanted to visit my family in india, but due to the ongoing canada post strike my PR card delayed very much. Is it possible if I can apply for PRTD from India and if so then why they mention that you need to be in canada in order to confirm your permanent resident. Is it only until copr that in order to need copr you need to be in canada but after you can travel and apply for prtd. and if I visit india and then apply for prtd as I just received my copr 3 days back would not there be any problem in this whole planning?

Please advise it will really help.

When you say you 'got COPR', what exactly did you get? Was it accompanied by email saying 'you are now a PR?'

(Some here are seeing a COPR number in their tracking profile - that is NOT the COPR. That is just a file #.)

No after submiting the photo and address and received COPR in electronic form and for sure it is not a file number as I received file number 3 months back.

Ok.

I just wanted to know that I received my copr 3 days back and I really wanted to visit my family in india, but due to the ongoing canada post strike my PR card delayed very much. Is it possible if I can apply for PRTD from India [...]. [...] and if I visit india and then apply for prtd as I just received my copr 3 days back would not there be any problem in this whole planning?
-Now that you are a PR, you can apply for a PRTD from India. No-one can tell you processing time. In theory shouldn't be long but who knows?
-If your PR card is delivered to your home in Canada and someone can send it to you in India, you can use that to return.
-No problem otherwise.

I removed some text in your above and replaced with [...] as those parts I had no idea what you were saying. But I don't think those parts are essential to the answer to your question overall.

But I have a question then why before receiving copr on portal 1 and 2 IRCC mention that we can not confirm your Permanent resident status while you are out of canada?

I don't understand your question. The text they wrote is clear. Now you have completed that process, that's all. The COPR process IS literally 'confirmation of permanent residence' (that's what the acronym stands for. Now it's done, you say. Therefore you have been confirmed as a permanent resident.

This is to determine whether you get an eCOPR or need passport stamping. Some do not inform iRCC that they have left Canada and then receive eCOPR in error which does not allow them to travel to Canada
