Hi all,
I received my CoPR in the mail today. My question is: I already had intentions to visit my husband and stay with him this coming Saturday, just as a visit. We have an important religious holiday coming up that we need to prepare for, and it's also relatively short notice to try to pack all my things if I were to confirm this weekend; would they allow me to visit without confirming my permanent residency (if it matters any, I'm a US citizen, so I'm visa exempt), even with having the document? For those couple reasons we'd like to wait until the holidays are over, so around beginning to mid-July we would go together to officially confirm and bring the rest of my belongings. At least that's the plan, assuming there's no issues with it.
The CoPR itself is valid until late January 2017.
Thanks.
