I lost my copr before landing to Canada. What are the options i have to travel to Canada. Called Cic they said copr can only be issued once.

Wow! That is serious. Did you make any clear copy or phone shot? If yes, then you maybe lucky to proceed with it. Even after you become a citizen, you'll still need it.

That is incorrect. Contact the VO that issued your COPR and ask for a replacement to be issued.

Can please tell me how long it takes to get new one?
What documents need to submit?
My VO is new delhi.

Someone said you haven’t landed yet so it will be hard to get new one.
I don’t have any scan copy or photo

Don't know how long, depends on the VO.

Submit an urgent Webform explaining the situation. The VO will tell you if you need to submit new photos or anything else.

It isn't hard to get a new one. It may just take some time.
