COPR letter; waiting time; visa exempt countries; inland application, pnp

Hi guys,

So the decision has been made on my application at the beginning of October.

Since then no update on ecas. There was no email calling in for an interview and no documents required to sent.



hmmmmm ho much longer will it take to get the letter? It was processed in Sydney.

Do they transfer the application to Ottawa, or sent the letter immediately?

they will ask you to send the passport copy and send you back the copr

I'm also waiting for COPR or PPR and from a visa exempt country.

Got my DM Oct 07.

my was made around the same time. I guess we just need to wait ....
If you're also from a visa exempt country then you don't need to wait for PPR. That I already confirmed with CIC lol


Did you apply from within canada? Which province are you in?

I was thinking of opening the thread for the processing times after the decision has been made.

Yes I'm here in Alberta. You should start that tread for sure.

I know guys who are from visa exempt countries and some of them are being asked for copy of their passport and pics and bio data before getting their COPR and some are not!

I guess we'll just have to wait and see

My status changed to decision made on Oct 10 and I haven't heard anything since then.... Do i have to wait more or should i contact CIC?? Looks like peopel tend to receive thier copr within 2 weeks and i start kinda worrying... Any thought?
