COPR :: last entry, original entry, last entry at are BLANK

Completed the landing at Rainbow Bridge today..there were no issues with the errors on the COPR. The officer informed that these errors are common and there is no need to worry.. no corrections were made either...

Officer put correct dates on CoPRs for me and my family members. She also returned all our work permits.

What is the difference between Original Entry and Last Entry??
While landing do they cross check data from our passport stamps and that to the COPR data.?
