COPR issued but no COPR form

I received a letter stating that my COPR has been issued but I did not receive the COPR form itself. I have also yet to receive my passport from the passport office.

Is this normal or should I be worried?

The COPR will arrive with your passport. It can take weeks or longer.

Like weeks from being notified of COPR or from sending in the passport?
