COPR issue

Hello everyone, I am new on this page.
I have submitted my citizenship application on 14th November 2022.
Which was delivered on 17th Nov and right now they are working on the week of November 8th.
But my problem is when I became Permanent Resident, I didn't recieve COPR.
which I realized now what should I do?

You can apply for a Verification of Status (VOS) to replace your missing COPR, more information on this link

Why do you need copr for applying citizenship?

I don't need COPR for applying for citizenship as I have already applied in November.
I recently saw someone's COPR which made me notice that I don't have this document.
I was a refugee and due to Covid restrictions I only received email for the completion of PR application but IRCC have not sent us email which had anything to do with COPR.
