Do people who are from visa exempt countries, received their CoPR by regular mail or being asked for express envelope? Thanks

I'm pretty sure it's regular mail as friends have just gone through this last month and were not asked for an express envelope.

Any idea if it's quicker than other countries as we don't need to do ppr stage?
