CoPR for Visa Exempt Countries?

Do people who are from visa exempt countries, received their CoPR by regular mail or being asked for express envelope? Thanks

I can only speak from experience with Canadian Experience Class, but I'd be surprised if it was different. My COPR arrived by regular mail a couple of weeks after my ECAS status updated to 'Decision Made'.

They use only regular mail by canada post.
