Quick question, after getting a passport scan request From CPP-Ottawa, how long does it take for them to respond with a COPR? And after the COPR how long does it take to arrive at your door step? This is for a USA applicant. I understand the next and final step from here is I send the passport photo and await for the COPR.

Thanks!

We went through CPP-O, but at the end of last year. We got COPR in our hands about 10 days after we sent our passport scan in.

It really varies. It can be as little as 3 weeks (21 days) from PPR to COPR received in the mail for best case scenario (no snags, mailing address in Canada). Most seem to average around ~30 days. My wife got hers in 34 days (US address).

10 days seems super fast! No one recently has gotten COPR that fast.

If you sent in a complete application, all you should get requested is your PPR (passport scan) and that is it. They wouldn't ask you for any photos unless you forgot to include them in your original application.
