COPR -- Expiry Date and Travel:

I received the stamped passport last week with the COPR letter. It states the expiry date as 17th July, 2018.

My timeline is AOR - July 11th, 2017, and received email for request of passport on May 4th, 2018.

1) Is it okay to schedule my travel such that I land in Canada port of entry on 16th July 2018 or before.

2) Would you advise of any group to join to get information on predeparture information, post-landing, housing, jobs, etc.

I tried joining the AEIP, but only to find most of the workshops are already full/registered. And I also missed one workshop due to timezone mismatch in the email (they gave Taipei time, and I thought it was local time).

Please share any information that can help me.

1. Yes. You have to land in Canada on or before 17th July, 2018.
2. You can try PrepCan. But, your time frame is relatively short for them to help you.
