CoPR expiring mid-October 2020, options for landing???

Hi everyone! Running out of time.. my Confirmation of Permanent Residence is expiring in 2 weeks. Is anyone in similar situation?

Options:
1 - wait for phone call for virtual landing - if they get to me after Oct 2020 then my CoPR will be expired...
2 - either drive to a Canada-USA border for landing or fly out and fly back into Canada - has anyone else done this in Covid-19 times? Is this doable considering Covid-19 travel restrictions?

I am desperate for landing within next two weeks. Any advice would be greatly welcome! Thank you
