CoPR expiring in May- Let’s connect!

Hello forum members,
My CoPR expires on May 20. I am from Punjab, India. I had booked a ticket for 24th April but it got auto cancelled.
There is lockdown in the country till May 3. I haven’t booked another ticket,not yet.
Read notification on CIC website today. They have withdrawn their raising web form option and have added a new thing that if you donot have a place to self isolate yourself for 14days then Health Department would be helping new immigrants.
And reading replies from forum members made it clear that the government is rejecting any extension requests.
What all you are planning?

From India as well. CoPR expires 8th May, Had booked tickets for Apr 4, because of lockdown could not travel. The option is still open to raise a webform - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/immigration-applicants.html#approved-expire . I did raise one and seems they have noted down my inability to travel. Will raise another if I am not able to travel and CoPR expires

How did you raise a webform? What option did you chose? Permanent Resident Card?

our copr is expiring may 2020 as well. let’s all be positive especially at times like this. what happened is beyond anyones control. and i believe they will give us extension as long as we follow what they instructed us. if we are unable to travel then send it via webform. they also mentioned that we have to avoid non-essential travel. unless it is life and death situation i believe. they are not also forcing us to travel at this time threatening our health just to land there. let’s be positive everyone. God is in control! Godbless!

Hi.. Can anyone tell me after the submitted web form what is the reply from IRCC and what next process to follow to reissue of COPR and visa extension..!!!

Hi ,
I hope everyone is safe out there with good health during this covid19 , I just want to ask if anyone of you have experienced that the visa got expired 2nd of may before landing in canada because of corona ? And did they send any new instructions? I have sent them email and they always answer with the same information that on website. Do anyone have an idea ? Thnx

submit new web form as you are now able to travel so that they will send you next instruction If you have tickets attach also and show them that
you are ready to fly.
