Congratulations man, well deserved! I guess this potentially confirms that sending portal emails does seem to initiate something on their end even for outland applicants. Unless you think something else triggered it?

But of course only works when you have COPR details on tracker, which us sad RROC folk don't have yet unfortunately. But still think some on here could benefit from it.

I raised multiple webforms to be honest with no response a month back to NDVO.

This is a positive sign and hopefulky you might get the PPR in a week or two.

I just called IRCC, my VO is still London Ontario, and agent told me that they could help to send sort of remind if waiting for 3 months after everything completed, so for now I have to wait and told me to call them if I don't receive email at the end of August.

Emailing the portal addresses doesn't work if we don't have COPR details showing on tracker so not going to attempt it.

I don't have anything else to try right now apart from maybe sending a webform to SVO and hope it gets forwarded to RROC, which has happened for very few people. Have you got any plans?

Got PPR/RFV today, not sure which one it is, but says that they need my passport and pictures to complete the application. Hope everyone else whose file is at CPC-O or RROC starts getting the emails too. Cheers!

I don't think it will hurt your case. Neither do I think it will help since the current wait is the whole RROC office-wide issue. However, they may feel pressured to start reviewing if they receive too many emails, though, it is not very likely.

Oh great really? I saw my tracker was updated 5th July even when I didn't call and was going to ask around about it thinking it was like a ghost update but on tracker instead of Gckey.

So since there was maintenance carried out on 5th July, did everyone else also get the same update on Tracker?

I've received my portal 1 four times now. I think it's because I used the advice and sent an email with my info (height, eye color etc) to all the 4 emails lol

I got that similar update but my COPR number got updated in Tracker as of 5th July but haven’t received any Portal Email Yet!! Any Suggestions or Advise?? I hope it means I am approved just waiting for my official Email

I also got the similar update on July 4th. I called them and they said wait for visa office to send you the instructions and I asked them which office and they said its Montreal so I am still waiting.

One of my friend got the similar update on June 29th and he got the Portal 1 email on Sunday, July 2nd from Montreal office.

I believe everything is approved but will have to wait until they get their hand on our file to send an email. I will call them next week if I don't get an email.
