Hello all:
What delivery service does CIC use to deliver the COPR?
If they send documents by courier (Fedex, UPS), I should have received it.
Does anyone know.
thanks

I always thought they use regular mail, and Canada postal on strike at the moment so things are very delayed.

Wow! Once again; shocking.
I would have expected them to use secure courier service for something so important.
Especially for sending documents overseas.

As per the PPR email you were required to submit a pre paid xpresspost envelope in order to track your CoPR. If not, they’ll use snail mail

I assume PPR means "passport request"
If so, I never received that. The process didn't go that far.

I don't know.
I never received any correspondence from IRCC telling me the process and "order of events"

Did you get "dm" decision made
Yes. I got DM, Decision made on the status update (Permanent Residence Application Status) webpage.
It said "Decision Made" for several months and we were just waiting for some update.
But now they have changed it back to "In Process"
Very exasperating!!

You can email your visa office or call cic to find out the decision
I'm in the process of sending a message through the "webform" on the CIC website. That's the method they say you're supposed to use to talk to them. Terribly slow, I'm afraid.
Also, I did call CIC. They are so busy, there are no agents available; but the recorded update system says that they have requested the medical form.
