COPR Cancelled after getting stamped passport and COPR

Hello, i received a message in my gc key account stating “
The Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents and Visa Counterfoil currently in your
possession have been cancelled. Your application has been re-opened and therefore your CoPRs
are not valid for travel”. However, this was received on the same day in the evening when i got my dispatch msg for stamped passport. Now, i have the stamped passport and copr but of no use. Does anyone know what could be done about this??
I have applied under express entry visa

So sorry, order your GCMS note to see what went wrong.

Hi,
I still not received any update from IRCC regarding cancellation of COPR
But in between that issue, can i travel to canada or is it safe to travel on visitor visa as i already have that?

and also did you return the COPR to any officer after its cancelation? because in that letter there is a line where they mention to return the COPR.

following letter we received on December 9,2024, anyone have idea what should we do to expedite the decision.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
The Confirmation of Permanent Residence documents and Visa Counterfoil have been cancelled.
Your application has been re-opened and therefore your CoPRs are not valid for travel.
Please follow the instructions in the Ready for Visa letter and return the COPR and Visa
Counterfoil currently in your possession.

Yes i am in canada as a visitor but still no update on PR process
Also, i did not return the COPR

Nothing you can do. There is something that has triggered the reassessment of your application.

Hi,

We received the same 'information letter' on 13th feb, have requested for gcms notes. Oinp, healthcare draw, outland aplicant from India.
We haven't even received our passports with visa or the copr document yet, we'd submitted our passports on 27th Jan after receiving rfv on 23rd Jan 2025. Even before we got our passports we got this update.
I have a few questions if someone can help
1. Has anyone gotten to know the reason for this? We haven't gotten any information regarding what has happened, and why. How soon can we expect any info from ircc on the reason for the same?
2. What are the next steps? What do we do now? Anything that anyone with similar situation did and helped them move forward, or get any info regarding what to do?

Also, anyone in similar situation- happy to exchange notes and help out each other in understanding how to resolve this

One of the reasons has been false claims regarding work often as a PSW.
