Just wondering if something has changed in the process? My understanding is that PPR comes before COPR and that the doc is sent back to you when they return the passport? With the strike, something might have changed since we got pre-arrival, eligibility completed, background check started and completed, and COPR # within 2 days. I'm guessing they were rushing through the ones they didn't believe had red flags before the strike? I don't know.
While we are super happy, we are left wondering what now with this shift in processing. Am I misinterpreting and it is the actual COPR paper that warrants the excitement not just the number? And that with the strike, perhaps we aren't really close to the end? Thoughts? Thanks!
