COPR = Authorization to Work?

Hi, If I have Confirmation of PR (COPR), does it mean I am legally authorized to work in Canada?

I am asking so that I can write in my job applications that I can legally work in Canada since I have a COPR.

You don't become a Permanent Resident until you land in Canada with your COPR.
COPR has an expiry date, make sure to land before that date.
