App says submitted on tracker, copr number and travel number are available on tracker; all 4 sections say completed (bgr/eligibility etc). No official invite to portal

Forcibly emailed landing teams 2 weeks ago after 2 months with no updates, got a link to upload a photo and declare presence in Canada, no update for a week.

Page we uploaded photo to has updated to "once your declaration of your presence in Canada has been accepted, you will be able to download your electronic copy of copr"

Does anyone know the wait on this step?

You will receive an email with your virtual landing. Impossible to say exactly when but you are at the last step.

Hello people.

So, my ECAS shows that a decision has already been made, but when I login to my IRCC account and check my permanent residence application, it says that a decision has not been made, so I don't know what's going on here.

Can someone explain?
