COPR approval on portal but no COPR email letter. How long to wait?

Hi,

I have my photo and address accepted but the in Canada declaration in submitted stage. Overall in review with ircc.

How can I get my COPR asap. I don't understand why is my in Canada declaration still in submitted stage as it says eCOPR will be uploaded only after acceptance. And on October 6th I saw my COPR number in IRCC account, but never received in email..

So how can I get this eCOPR ? I have called IRCC multiple times and raised multiple forms but nothing's happening. They only ask to wait
 
How many days do you have to wait to get your eCopr? I submitted my credentials in the portal last December 18. My visa office is in Montreal.

Many of us thought so too as it should be a few days only for ecopr to be issued until this bizzare happened impacting all the plans.
