Same here exactly same situation it’s keep telling me review with icc it’s not telling me yet if my pr card photo Anne address approved or not only thing is saying declaration is approved .

The portal will continue to display In Review with IRCC till you get your PR Card. (Don’t forget that the processing time for initial PR card as of today is 86days).
I have received 2 PR cards out of 3 applications and the portal still shows “In Review”. the case status will change to complete once you receive your PR card.

i received the eCoPR on December 22,2021, got my PR Card last week Friday and my son’s card today. ( that’s about 57days after the eCoPR). The PR Card processing department confirmed to me that my wife’s card has also been mailed.

I did not get notifications about card being mailed. I only received the PR cards in my mail box.

I have been waiting for 65 days after submitted and both still in review by IRCC.

Don’t forget that the processing time for PR cards is about 86days. I am sure you’ll receive your PR card soon. The officer I spoke with at the PR Card processing centre confirmed to me that the huge backlog is the main reason for the delay.

Hi brother, as you said your dependent is outland when did you submit her passport to VFS ??(When you received portal 1 email about your's and your wife PR application has been approved )
