Hello Friends,

Our CoPRs Expired on 22 July 2020.
Received MR on 30 May 2021
Did re-Medicals on 2 June 2021
Passed Medicals on 24 June.

Still waiting for PPR.

In my GC Key Account there appears:

"Your Action is Required"

But when I go to details, there's no new message for me.

Should I contact IRCC though Web Form
or
Wait patiently?

Guide me plz.

Hi,
I experienced same before medical was eventually passed. I raised a web to notify them I had submitted the remed, but I still see your action is required.. the following day,my medical got passed. Never to worry,as long as you didn't see any new request. You could raise a web or just hold on for it to be fixed.

Please go to view submitted application and documents. You will find it on the top of your account page. Its the place where you would have uploaded all your documents earlier.

Please check if there is any information requested here.

@Fmegha86 @canadawaiting @RKM20 @DixvilleNotch - do we receive any update from VFS after this one ,
The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No. xxxxx has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in NEW DELHI.

I also received the second message you posted (the BlueDart one). It came a few minutes after the first message, but it only mentioned the words "courier partner" instead of naming BlueDart.

Also, the next day, I got a message directly from BlueDart that my passport was out for delivery.

I landed a few hours ago. My answer to the ArriveCan question did not seem to matter.

I had a connecting flight in Amsterdam. The boarding there was slower than usual because they were checking every passenger's documentation (passport, vaccine certificates, PCR test certificates, travel documents).

In Canada (Vancouver), I first went through customs like anybody else and showed my new COPR (replacing pre-March 18). I then picked up my luggage at the carousel. After that, I went to the immigration office. There I was processed quickly. There was an insane line of students waiting to be processed but I went in front of everyone. The only documents they asked were my COPR, my passport and my customs form. They didn't ask for anything else. No POF, no list of belongings, nothing.

Congratulations
No question regarding soft or hard landing?
What is customs form please?

Hi You can add me to the list as well. I would like to be in touch with you guys.
I have a similar case too. I am migrating from the US to Canada, and reached out to IRCC several times updating my travel and quarantine plans. Recently, IRCC confirmed that they will be sending out travel instructions/ new set of travel documents. However, there is no defined timeline. I am not sure where you are located, but I usually call them between 8:00 to 9:00 am EST or after 2:00pm EST. Try reaching them multiple times on 1-(888)-242-2100. I am sure you will get a response. Good luck!

Patience my friend, patience.
If you read a few pages behind, the happy discussion here is from our friends pre March who have received their PPR and passports stamped, counterfoils updated, so basically in various stages. And there are a few who are yet to hear anything from IRCC. So you are in a good position.
Are individual express entry applicants or family PR applicants receiving such responses?

Congratulations

No questions about soft landing though I stated I was a new immigrant and it was my first landing to the customs officer.

The customs form is the form everyone has to fill out upon arrival at the kiosks in the arrival hall of the terminal right before customs. It's a declaration that you don't have a gun, don't have illegal drugs on you, aren't carrying more than $10k in cash on you, haven't visited a farm, etc.
