Hey everyone.

My COPR was issued and received more than one year after my medicals were done. (COPR valid until September). Does this mean that I need to do remedicals, or is the validity date printed on the COPR enough for landing?

Hi Guys,

For all those who got their PPR recently in India -
I understand the VFS is closed till further notice.

I understand that all we have to do at the moment is wait for VFS offices to open. At the most, we could write a Webform stating that we are unable to submit our passports.

However, just wanted to ask, have you or anyone you heard did something else?

Hello!
People who've gotten the PPR and have sent their documents - how did you'll send the height and eye color details?

While we got the medicals done, we noted the height that was measured, and the eye color you can just see yourself..

Thank you! I've noted that down as well. Did you take a print out of these details and send it along with the passport?

This is tricky. I have seen few people posting that they were stopped from boarding because their medicals have expired.

The date on the COPR is what matters. You have to land on ore before the COPR expiry date.

Most likely your meds have already been extended. If you are in Canada, and received a COPR, then effective the date mentioned on the COPR you have already attained the PR status.

If you are outside Canada, then you will have to land in Canada on or before your COPR expires and effective the date when you land, you will attain the PR status.

What is your AOR?

Finally, IRCC responded to my email asking extension for re-meds and PCC from 30 days to 90 days. But still under document submission page date is not updated and still showing June 11th 2021.
Is that a thing to worry about or will it be updated soon or I just need to submit within 90 days irrespective of initial deadline shown over there?

Hey, is it updated now on your account ? IRCC responded to my email and extended timelines to submit PCC to 90 days. No change within account though.
