Thank you,

Good news indeed, but was a bit confused as they have extended my copr until jan 2022 but are requesting me to be in Canada before july 19 2021, not sure why they sent me an AL rather than just a new copr.. It is a bit tight but nothing is impossible and i will not risk not going before that date.

Just a piece of information: I had sent them my vaccination card as an update on my status around 2 weeks back, not sure if that was a push for them to issue me the travel letter.

Good luck to you.

Thankyou, thats definitely a good piece of information, whether it helped or not. No harm sharing it since its become so vital in current day.

God Willing, Am sure something will work out with respect to your travel by the deadline.

I'm in DUbai, UAE.
I believe the IRCC is dealing cases based on country of residence. Let’s take countries like India, which is badly affected. They might give validity as long as possible so the applicant can travel when the cases go down and restrictions are lifted.

That's great to know. Thanks for asking and updating us here. My COPR online copy didn't mention anything about it but I hope the actual physical copy is different. I will receive it on Monday so only a few more days to find out.
Hi friend, plz share the information, as you get the hard copy of your COPR .

Interesting because I have received something similar for a student permit.
Biometrics is still valid, so do we still pay for the biometrics?
We can pay, but its not clear if it is a formality to pay again as a part of the application process. Anyway I have raised a webform for clarification on the same.

@legalfalcon, would you be able to guide on this matter please?

@mgodara

If you have provided biometrics in the last 10 years, you will not be asked to provide biometrics again as the previous ones will be used.

IRCC has informed that if you have given biometrics in the last 10 years, you are exempt from giving them again. To check if your previous biometrics are valid, you can check the status at <https://onlineservices-servicesenli...WG8awkgF_u7OGylXTxRqhCM_g23tSqq1uJVhC2KyRv1aI>

@CNP Hey. Was it mentioned for you to Submit PCC for India only? Because for me it is not mentioned whcih country PCC they want.

So did you send PCC for all the countries you stayed in(for more than 6months) after 18years of age ? Again?

I havent stayed more than 6 months in any other country that I have visited since 18 yrs of age :)

Oh okay. I have stayed in 3 countries for more than 6months. So confused whether I gotta send it all again. If anybody has any inputs, pls advise.
Anyway thank you @CNP
