Thanks for the reply

In my case also, it is pre-filled but it says 'provincial nominee' though ours is not a provincial case.
So, was getting confused.
Not sure why they wrote 'Provincial Nominee' in this pre filled template.

Any can help plz?

Can anyone help plz?

It was the same for me.. I wrote "provincial nominee (express entry)"
At the end of the mail along with any extra details if applicable, I mentioned that I had added express entry since i was unaware of a provincial nomination.
No issue..My profile has been updated soon after tht.

Hi!
Does anyone know if its allowed to stay in vancouver after the 3nights hotel? Vancouver is not the final destination though as our province is still closed. I was thinking if my family can stay in vancouver until our province opens at least they are already inside canada. The uncertainty of the covid situation is alarming that the federal govt may change travel restrictions anytime and that my family wont be able to enter.

Thank you

At the end of the email you can mention that you are actually from the EE pool and not PNP. It should not be too much to worry.

Once you appear at the Port of Entry and are admitted to Canada as a PR, there is nothing that can come in between your Charter mobility rights to live and work anywhere in Canada.

Section 6 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms provides permanent residents and Canadian citizens with the right to live and work in any province in Canada.

So yes, you can stay in Vancouver.

I don't think no one can say that for sure.

What's the validity of your current medicals?

If they have expired or are about to expire (in around 2-3 months), there are chances they may ask you for remedicals.. These chances increase when it has been 4-6 months since your medicals expired..

I'd say wait.. With lockdowns in place, are you able to take medical exams ?

since our VO is Abudhabi, you think communicating with the VO directly might help??
Am just thinking aloud here.
Unfortunately i dont think they can be contact via phone. The only way is through webforms. I have tried calling the embassy and they have the immigration option but once you select the number they tell you to contact them through webform.

i have raised a webform a couple ofweeks back, they usually reply back within 3-4 weeks.

good luck to you

No, we still have them. I guess we can show that in case they wont allow us to enter as it 8s not stated in the new copr that we are pre march
@Lachelle
We too got remedical request on March 11 and did medicals on April 27th .
I replied the Medical request mail on the 28th that we completed remedical and prefer a new COPR over an AL.
Profile got updated as medical passed on 1st May.
So how long did it take for you to get the PPR request after re-medicals
Thanks

Oh Gosh, back to square 1.
what about their own email address?
If you could please share what you asked in your webform?

Hi friends,
Is there any one who got PPR recently after doing re-medicals.
Thanks

Hello everyone !

We got our PR visa before 18th March, 2020 and it got expired in September, 2020. Now we got the e-mail "Do you still want to immigrate to Canada" and we replied positively. Soon, our profile was updated and we are now asked to re-do our medicals.

Now we (me, my husband and our baby - 5 yr) are in dilemma how to get the medicals in 30 days as in India situation is not good and we are really skeptical to go to hospital and also lockdowns are being imposed (we stay in Haryana and will be going for medicals in Delhi).

Should we send mail to IRCC asking for some more time to get the medicals done. We do not want to loose our chance and are set to go as soon as sitaution stabilizes. Please suggest us.

Thanks

Yes , send a reply to the mail. One of my friends did and got it changed for 90 days. That was not because of covid but for his personal reasons
