Little update... I did not receive any 4pe but yesterday my gc account updated from final decision on 2 March to 17 March and then again today from 17 March to your background has been completed... I think ircc is upto something now...

Same here , it now changed to Final Decision has been made. So many GHOST UPDATES in the last few hours. Fingers Crossed.

Well as far as I know IRCC said that people who get AL would be able to travel to Canada even if their CoPR expired. In order to get AL , Applicant had to raise a web form Query.

I’ve had the same thing happened to me where the application status went from

1. Your application was last reviewed on...see below
2. You passed your medical...on
3. Your application was approved on...

The last two happened in a matter of minutes just now. But...I’m very sure I’ve seen these kind of updates before. (And nothing has happened) Especially 1 and 3 keep switching. What are we all making of these changes happening to everyone at once?

That's correct but what I meant was for people who didn't get PPR letter previously. In the tweet it specifically says they;re sending it to people who received Passport request earlier.

Hi, how you got your passport stamped? VACs are closed in India since March. I had also applied for PRTD via email and got approved but my passport stamp is still pending as VAC were closed. Please share some information about how you managed. thanks

Hi, I did not get my passport stamped. Instead of that I have received a Letter of Authorization to travel. You will receive that once you book your ticket and send it to the same PRTD approval email. And, if your travel date is less than 30 days from the time when you send the tickets then IRCC will issue the Letter of Authorization to travel. That letter is valid only for the exact date of travel and for that particular flight only.
