At the current trajectory US-CANADA border won't open till vaccine is developed. Most of the Canadian citizens are completely against opening the border.

I don't know your situation so I can't say. I would assume you would know these things if you are the applicant. Otherwise askk your husband, if he is the applicant.

Thanks Billy, I just want to know what to select in below 2 options. my husband simply sponsored me as spouse in family class by sending paper application in Canada and I got COPR in India.

when you arrive, you must have an acceptable plan to quarantine for 14 days in Canada, including how you will get to the place you’re staying
all family members included in the application should travel to Canada at the same time, if possible
you should have a confirmed travel plan (for example, plane tickets) or you must be willing to book and confirm travel plans as soon as approved

Does this mean we have to raise only one webform? I.e. When ready to travel obviously after the expiry of CoPR?

You can try but as far as I know nothing can be done unless your local Visa Office is closed. Visas are always issued by your country

“We are pleased to confirm that the information you provided was transferred to the responsible office.
Since your file is located at the Canadian visa office in New Delhi, India, we invite you to contact them “

Response from NDVO office:
“If your application for permanent residence was approved on or before March 18, 2020, but you have not travelled to Canada yet, you’re exempt from the travel restriction measures. Eligible travellers do not require additional permission letters.
If your counterfoil expires prior to commercial flights becoming available, you do not need to e-mail IRCC as you will receive communication from our office on the next steps to be taken once full-service resumes.”

I think NDVO will start responding and working on visa/COPR after commercial flights resumption becasue they are working on low capacity. They may have started working on the extension.

Did you raise the webform before new updates on IRCC website (i.e. 10-Jul-2020 ) or after?
The reply you got from NDVO is response to your email or webform? because if its to email, it might just be the automated response.
