I booked the delhi -toronto (Air India) flight for May 20
My parents COPR going to expire on May 26,2020. I am travelling with them too

Not yet, It was an acknowledgment.
I am positive I will get an extension. File will be reopened if I send another web form stating my ability to travel and that would be handled by the VAC since they have forwarded my file.
Its morally and legally bonding upon them to give us extension. We have invested a lot of money. It can not go in vain becoz of covid which was out of our control. If we would have known we would have done the soft landing in January . Atleast we would have got pr status now .I am really regretting not doing that. Also ircc must give a longer time to land in general.2 month time to land is very less aa in some cases. They should see that if time period between approval and medical is less they should give more time.Atleast 4 months. We have to make so many arrangements give notice in jobs etc.

I was also trying to book yesterday as my COPR is going to expire on 20th of May however the all tickets sold out quickly :(

I am in CANADA and still unable to validate my CoPR due to the current situation. But my wife and son is traveling into Canada on June 2, 2020. Our CoPR & Immigrant Visa expires on July 2, 2020. I hope and pray that, that wouldn't be an issue for the immigration to validate their CoPR prior to mine as their Principal sponsor. I would greatly appreciate if someone could convey to me any brighter idea if that step we're going to do acceptable.

I have the same question. What if the situation is settled and you decide to travel before your COPR Expiry date. Do we need to inform again?
I read somewhere in the forum that when your CoPR expires we will be receiving instructions post that. I am not clear on the next steps after receiving this email. Do we just wait and inform when we can travel and then get a new visa (since travel will definitely be post expiration of CoPR). Will each case be considered for approval or rejection of extension. If they had given a clear answer atleast we could decide whether to travel or not.

Principal applicant has to validate his or her pr first. Only then dependents can enter Canada.
Do let us know if they manage to land before your pr formalities are done

You need to call the airline. If you aren’t Canadian you may only be allowed to check in at the airport since they will need to confirm if you are elegible to travel to Canada.
So I went through the check-in at the airport (Paris CDG) instead of using the app. They were aware of COPR being exempted. The annoying part was that we had to justify our exemption before the checking while queueing (they actually called the authorities in Canada), we had to justify it also during the check-in, same thing at the customs and again right before boarding.

Just an update,
Landed yesterday from US (JFK to YYZ).

Boarding - it was smooth, airlines agent did not even checked my PRTD or COPR, just checked my ID page of paper and issues boarding passes.

@ Toronto - landing was smooth. I was the only one in immigration office. Immigration competed in 10 minutes. Customs took time (around 25 mins) to process goods to follow list due to some system issue.
Service Canada is closed, so no SIN at airport or outside.
Rented a car, went straight to hotel with a stop for online grocery pickup at Walmart.

Cool. Can you tell us more about this online grocery pickup?

Congrats that’s nice .... do they check if u got visa before March 18 or a immediate family member like spouse could come no matter what the copr date is ? My friends husband came and he got visa on March 25/2020 not March 18

Isn’t it fair to be with ur spouse in this situation? I understand job wise but having my husband overseas is more stressful for me than the coronavirus or job Prblem !!!
I can completely understand you. My spouse is stuck in US and we arent able to travel either way becoz of border closure and also quarantine rules.

You can use Walmart app to request for grocery pickup. Choose a Walmart location on the way to your Quarantine place.

Airlines: For me, airline staff did not even checked my Visa or COPR, just scanned my passport and gave me boarding pass.

Immigration (Landing, Toronto): Not sure of they checked COPR issued dates as they take the documents and ask us to wait at seating area while they process everything.

People with expired CoPRs in India, should we raise webform that we can fly? Vandebharat mission flights are allowing CoPRs to board and normal International flights are not going to resume atleast till July. Any suggestions, if we should raise webform now or not. IRCC will also take time for extension.
