Wait for 4 pointer email OR proactively send them the webform with all required supporting documents that are mentioned in 4 pointer email. Make sure to attach the email from your employer regarding the relocation to Canada.

This forum has been really helpful through this entire ordeal.
I've received the 4 pointer email on 7th Oct, I currently do not have a job offer and do not want to make flight bookings or rental bookings until I get an AL.
Any tips on how I should reply.

They will put your application on hold until travel restrictions are paused by Canada or you inform them at later point of time when you are ready to travel to Canada to settle with supporting documents as per 4 pointer mail. The timelines for that are still a mystery.
Looking at the number of applicants getting the 4 point emails, it seems that now it's just a few unlucky one's who are left out. I really don't understand what are they trying to do. If it's a ETA it should go out to everyone who has raised a ready to travel webform.

Use TextNow app and call them wrt Canadian time zone. Mon to Fri. Phone number is mentioned on IRCC site.
Congratulations for the 4 pointer email. I would suggest apply some jobs online and screenshots. Send the screenshots to show your intent that you are applying for jobs.
Booking flight ticket is not compulsory. You can show the screenshots of the flights available and you are ready to book as soon as you get the AL.
You book a rental place through airbnb or booking.com. They are free cancellations on many properties. You can cancel it later on.

i also sent ready to travel web form but no response so far. i called IRCC, they said my medical extended till 2021. but for my family only till Nov 30 this year.
also they told i may get some news from them prior to their medical expiration

As mentioned in the mail that I need to reply within 10 days of receiving it so now I just have 2 days to go. Can you all please suggest me that whether I can reply without any confirmed booking and say that I am ready to travel and will book Airbnb once I receive my letter. Please help me out as I need to to reply asap.

Using the TextNow app, you would need to call that Canada number, you see on IRCC website.
There is no other number to call.
You need to call the Canadian number. There is no Indian number. Thats why you need to use Textnow app and assign Canadian number to yourself in that app.
