I've been looking at potential flights into the summer to come and do a landing visit, I honestly can't believe the price or understand how on earth we're going to do this. The price for 2 adults and 1 child is currently coming in at just over £5000/$8665, it's a crazy amount of money!!
That's because the plane would be flying partially empty.

Not sure which carrier you are looking into but Star Alliance announced that most of its planes will have the middle seats vacant to maintain social distance until August 2020.

Folks who went to Canada from US recently, what airlines did you go with?
I think most of the people used Delta. I also booked Delta (for May-14) but booked through Westjet as I had multiple vouchers stuck with them.

I live here in Vienna & lifting the lockdown has started as follows:
  • Meetings of up to 10 people are now allowed.
  • Starting May 15, Magistrate, all schools, restaurants, cafes and bars will be open.
But, It's weird that still there is no news about VAC in Vienna ! Even starting by May29, pools will reopen but not the VAC office !!
Does Canada halted the offered services by VAC?
Is there anyone who can access his local VAC office? If yes, what is your country?
