Hello folks!!
Sorry I was unwell and in quarantine for a while. I got back my passport and COPR last week. It's valid until Oct 2022. I express my sincere gratitude to all group members to extend support, encouragement and positivity. Special thanks to @gtcan19, @Titanium and few others who were positively responsive to all my queries.
Currently, I am wrapping up my work and prepping for my travel in the first week of Feb. I might not be able to check the forum updates regularly. However, will share my travel experience soon.

You can try OpenPhone app on iOS. I was able to call them from China.

Hey which number are you contacting them on ? we have tried calling but nobody answers - we get the same generic reply that all agents are busy.

We received our COPR last week but the validity on my COPR/visa is incorrect. It expires same day as my spouse's old passport expiry (Feb 8 2022). Can I travel alone to complete soft landing and my wife who is not doing well can travel later? Is that possible?

Unfortunately, the date is correct. COPR validity is until the medicals expiry or the passport expiry, whichever comes first.

Even if I had already asked IRCC to update my spouse's passport on the file last year? They still use old passport expiry date?
