Yes, flight restrictions are indeed in place, however because the lady’s flight was for after the travel ban is scheduled to end, airlines can’t outright deny her to travel because she is a PR (and not a Canadian citizen). Right now flights from Canada to India are allowed (perhaps some special flights) but not from India to Canada. If I remember correctly, the Canadian high commission in India also tweeted that Canadian citizens (and permanent citizens) in India too should sit tight till the flight restrictions are lifted. If she is to travel on the 23rd of June, airlines can’t say that they can’t travel. If in case the travel restrictions are extended, then that’s another case, but still there won’t be separate rules for citizens and permanent residents (approved and pre-18 March 2020).Aren't there flight restrictions from India to Canada?

Since your application is now reopened( which is good sign) you have nothing to worry about, keep us posted please.Dears,
I am post 18-March COPR.
I got request to renew PCC and submit a form IMM 5669 for my wife and I, along with few other papers about the future new born...(expected in June).
But mo mention about remedicals !?
Anybody in the same boat ?
Transit from the US is not exempt from the travel restrictions. However, if you will be in US, you can surely contact IRCC and see if they make an exception.Good day @legalfalcon, I hope you are well, my COPR expired end of May 2021. I have a US B1 visa. i have to go to the US for 1 month, i am thinking about requesting an authorization to travel in order to settle permanently in Canada when my trip in the US is complete. Do you think this attempt has chances to succeed?
That is strange. Did you request for an extension?I hope so.
there is no change in medicals etc.
Except that they have started whole process again. I mean revieing eligibility, processing background etc,
and visa numbers are all gone.
Post March CoPR holder, CoPR expire March 2021.Hello, pals!
I'm outland post-march COPR holder, it expired in Jan'21, in April my re-medicals were completed, still no news from the IRCC or VO. My VO is Warsaw. Does anyone know if any post-march COPR holder on this forum has received new COPR after re-medicals? I have completed several requests to my VO and web-form, still no results. Is that common?
Wait you had remedical request before your COPR expired?Post March CoPR holder, CoPR expire March 2021.
ReMedical approved Jan 2021.
Webform response: Still In process.
No other update. Still waiting.
Wow congrats, do you have no family in canada? Or are you exempted?Dears,

If documents are expired and there is no AL, then you cant enter Canada.Good day @legalfalcon, I hope you are well, my COPR expired end of May 2021. No, nothing got updated in my account. It still shows to be submitted by June 11th 2021. But before sending the email asking for extension, I raised a web form as well and response to it came later to email saying that refer to that email regarding extension for submission of medical and other docs. Hoping that means extension thing is listed on my file at least if not updated on online portal.Hey, is it updated now on your account ? IRCC responded to my email and extended timelines to submit PCC to 90 days. No change within account though.
