COPR again

I got married while my PR application was being processed. My husband is a PR. I updated CIC on the change in status and they requested for a copy of spouse's PR card which I uploaded. In a couple of days I got a COPR mail (12/12/2018) I sent my passport on 24th which was received by IRCC on 28th. It has been under process since then. I received another mail from CIC asking for marriage certificate which I uploaded. Two days later (11th january) I received another COPR mail. Now my passport is stuck in Delhi and I have no idea what is going on. Can someone please shed some light?
