COPR after landing

Hi All,

I have a question, it would be great if someone can answer this to clarify.

If I have done my first landing with my dependents in Canada and got my counter copy COPR filled in with the details of the landing. Now next steps will be apply for the SIN and PR card etc., While this is going on, can I travel to the US by Road and come to Canada by Road to proceed with my rest of the paper work at the Service Canada office. To travel to the US and come back can I use the COPR and passport? Is there any duration limit for traveling and coming back.

I don't know what you mean by "proceed with my rest of the paper work at the Service Canada office" but yes, you can re-enter Canada by private vehicle with your signed COPR and passport.

Thank you DelPiero07, the rest of the paper work I meant the Medical Insurance after I receive the PR card. Or if there is anything left apart from the SIN and PR Card.
