COPR 30 days time: for submission or delivery?

Hello everybody,

I received the COPR email indicating that I have 30 days to complete the steps mentioned which is mainly submittin the passports and photos to ottawa. My question is this 30 days deadline is for submission of documents or foe delivery of documenta to ottawa?

Both, I believe. They are expecting to receive your documents within 30 day period from the day you got PPR. Do not take any risks, send your documents right away, spend a little extra money if you have to (send on fast track etc.), but do it asap.
