Can I send the Background check as a copy even though it says void all over it? It took me so long to get the dang thing I would hate to have to do it again DX

no! CIC specifically states that it MUST be the original record. (read the checklist or ANY request CIC sends) Also, the fact that a copy is watermarked with VOID all over it means CIC can't legally accept it for use.

If you are that worried about needing another one, then order a backup one just in case. Unless the one you send with your application is over 3 months old, there is slim chance it will be requested down the road.

follow the checklist. it specifically states what needs to be original and what can be copies.
