Coop work permit

Hi ! I've a work permit to do my internship/placement but i don't understand if it's an open work permit or a coop work permit. I don't this the mention <<coop>> on it. I just see my university as an employer and the mention <<open>> for the occupation.

If the university is the employer, then it's a co-op work permit. Co-op WP is a closed WP.

My Co-op application was approved today but didn't receive any correspondence letter yet. Do you have any information regarding this?

I don't think you will get one. You will just get the physical WP mailed to your address.

Hi,
I need an advise related to Coop work permit.
# I have coop as a mandatory requirement of my course.
# I have applied - outside Canada.
# I have applied for study permit is result still awaited.
# I was under impression that coop can be applied after submission of student permit application.
# Now, there is no option in the GCKey account allowing for coop application.
# Webiate shows the option “if you have applied for study permit but not Coop…”, but that is not leading to any possible outcome.

Question, shood I wait till study permit get approved to apply for coop or is there any way that I can still apply for coop?
