HI I M NEW IN THIS POST.I WANT 2 APPLY AS COOK.I HAVE WORKED THERE FOR 8 MONTH.I DID MASTERS.MY HUSBAND ALSO DID MASTERS,HE IS ACCOUNTANT.BUT FOR CHNGING NOC RULE HE IS NOT ELEGIBLE FOR APPLY.I HAVE ENOUGH POINT IN IELTS.HE HAS ALSO.MY RESTAURENT IS NOT WELL KNOWN.I WANT 2 APPLY .I DO NOT HAVE CERTIFICATE ON COKING.M I ELEGIBLE. PLS MEMBER COMENT.

You need to have worked for some Hotel/Retaurant as a Cook by which you can prove it through experience letters. You cannot give yourself your own experience letter can you? I am not sure what kind of certification courses are there for cooks, but CIC will rely on reference letters mostly in these kind of cases.
Moreover you need minimum 1 year experience in one NOC to apply as a FSW.
Take a eligibility test on the CIC website & see whether you qualify with 67 points. That is the best way.
