What's the best way to convince visa officer to come back to home country after completing studies. i heard that showing immovable properties are best option but what if someone doesn't have immovable properties?

Financial background is not that important in this case. As long as you get admitted in good course (relevant) and you have enough fund to support yourself while in Canada, satisfies the requirements of VO.

I just submitted the sponsorship letter and the admission offer letter from my university to get the visa.

Family ties in home country. Are you leaving behind children, spouse, parents? A strong letter explaining your plan after your studies.. Work opportunities in home country. A job offer waiting upon return. Some have included letter from their current employer that they are eligible for re-hire once they completed their course in Canada. Good luck!
