Conveying Updated Status to CIC

Is the Case Specific web application used for notifying CIC your status updates regarding marriage and other things, or there is any other way like mailing to Case Processing Centre?

Please anyone had done this, let me know.

Yes, you use the CSE for that.

It says on the CSE page
"You may use this form if: .........
"You wish to report important changes, such as a change in address, births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in employment or urgent requests. If you are reporting an address change, it will take 5 business days for it to be updated. During this time you should continue to monitor your current contact information."
