Converting base MPNP to Enhanced MPNP

Hello. I mistakenly applied for base MPNP but I had to apply for enhanced to get into express entry pool. I didn’t create Express entry profile before applying EOI. Now I have got base MPNP. Is there any way I can request to convert that? Now I have to again apply for MPNP because the one which I got does not qualify for express entry. Can anyone please guide me on this?

You can try to request them to issue it as EE nomination and change the certificate, but I'm afraid it has a slim chance to be done.
If you wish to resubmit a new application thru EE it would be faster as well.

Thank you for the advice. I will try to contact them via email as they are not picking up the calls. Though new application through EE means applying for MPNP again?

either way you have to create an EE profile

They are only able to add your EE profile before your MPNP application is being processed (before application status change to assessment in process). You'll have to start over from EOI if they already issued you a certificate.
