Good day all! I am currently in the process of uploading my documents post ITA. I have mistakenly scanned my documents in jpeg format and just converted it to pdf file online. Would that be acceptable? Thanks

Even jpeg is acceptable as long as it meets the size requirement.

Should I scan everything in color? I have read varying opinions on the matter. It would be nice to get a reply from someone who has already completed the application process.

If you have an apple device, just scan docs using inote(using iPhone's camera) and export them as pdf.

Google convert jpg to pdf and you will see lots of options without needing to install anything.

If you have photoshop, then it s easy to convert to PDF with various file sizes. In addition, if you have a couple of single images or pdf s, you can make a single pdf doc as well.
