conventional refugee/marriage

hello guys.....i'm sorry if this isn't in right topic....but my boyfriend is sponsoring me as conjugal p. in familly class...so it's close. my question is can he as conventional refugee travel from canada in europe for very short time...i know there is something like protected person status document/he applyd for permanent resident/............and also is it possible like if you get married in spain/same-sex/..is that marriage legal in canada,ontario.......is it valid.

If your partner/spouse is not travelling to the country from which Canada gave protection and has a refugee travel document issued by passport Canada that shouldn't be a difficulty. It doesn't make sense though to travel prior to landing if the application is in process since an interview could be missed if away and mail sent while away.

As far as whether the marriage is recognized in Ontario you need to contact the province of Ontario to determine if it would be or not.
