Contract Worker to apply Manitoba Nominee

I am a Contract Worker here in Calgary, Alberta and have 1 year permit to work here. I just want to ask if my Aunt in Manitoba can apply Manitoba Nominee for me while i am here? She was recently had an accident and end up to a wheelchair. The Government Insurance company is asking her to find someone to take care of her.
