but after a day received a mail, dint ask for money. checked a forum and saw that there where few such Scams, I am not sure about this one can someone give me some suggestions

JOB ASSIGMENT AND ENGAGEMENT
In consideration of the covenants contained herein, this employment contract is deemed valid if you agree to the terms of contract set forth.
• Position: The Employer “Broadway Gold Mining” hereby engages with Employee, if employee agrees to undertake for the Employer in the capacity of ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
• Contract Duration: The duration of the contracts Four years starting from the day of official report into Canada. Further extensions of the contract shall be mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the Employee.
• Place of Work: Your Initial place of work will be at the company’s head EARNINGS AND COMPENSATION The Employee’s monthly pay/salary which shall be stipulated with the provision and agreement of this contract is CAD 12,150 [Twelve Thousand, One Hundred and Fifty Canadian Dollars].
Which shall be reviewed after the first Six months and thereafter, it will be reviewed every Annum. If the Employee works overtime more than the work hours, during the weekends or holidays, the Employee shall be compensated according to the minimum rate set by the local Labor Law) and this shall be paid on a weekly basis.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD Starting from the first working day, a probationary period will apply for the first three weeks (according to Local Labor laws). The three weeks’ probation period doesn’t affect your salary. If the Employer should find during the probation period that the Employee is not qualified for the job assigned, the Employer may either offer the Employee other appropriate job or position with the consent of the Employee or cancel the contract and repatriate the Employee to his/her home country according to the Canadian government, he/she must be compensated.
JOINING EXPENSES The Employee shall be responsible for charges incurred during visa approval for employment from his/her home country to prove commitment of working with our reputable organization. On resumption to work in Canada, the Employer shall reimburse the employee as per the expense receipts. The Employer will be responsible for Employee Air Ticket from his/her location to Canada after the company receives evidence of visa registration.
CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY ▪ The Employee shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Employer in conformity with the local Labor Law and shall respect the local traditions and customs. ▪ The Employee shall work only for the Employer’s office based on where he or she is allocated to work. ▪ The Employee shall not engage in any unlawful activities such as protest or demonstration. • Where the Employee intends to terminate the contract, the Employee shall give one-month notice to the Employer and shall pay for his/her own expenses in the return travel back to his/her country.
CONFIDENTIALITY • The Employee shall not disclose to any third party any confidential information obtained during his/her course of employment or during his/her recruiting process unless expressly authorized by the Company. • Confidential information for the purposes of this employment includes and is not limited to trade secrets, business plans, strategies, financial information and any other information that will affect the Company's competitive position. • The Employee’s obligation to maintain confidentiality and secrecy shall apply after his/her employment until such time that the information is no longer confidential or has been made public by the Company.
