I would like to know how exactly the term varies :

Contract JOB
FULL time JOB

I know about the terminology however i am curious to know about PAYMENT MODE AND TAX, PERKS, ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES..

Pls throw some light..

Varies from company to company, but generally:

Contract Job, after the contract expires so does your job (no guarantee, less security), contract jobs can also be part time.
Full time job, there is no contract and your are employed full time as long as company decides to keep you (job security especially in union environment )

Depends on the company but for the most part same salary and tax
 
contract jobs r jobs that remains till the period of contract..
no future security

full time jobs comes with future security
